  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in roles like talent acquisition, talent management, HR business partner, or in people and/or talent-related work such as leadership development, change management, or organizational development.

  • Experience in recruiting preferred, or a strong appetite to learn.

  • Strongly preferred: People and team management experience and insights, demonstrating self-awareness, interpersonal and relational intelligence, feedback and/or "learning conversation" skills, including handling difficult conversations, and coaching skills or experience.

Required Skills and Behaviour:

  • Demonstrated clear orientations in practice towards seeing employees as individuals operating within complex organizational and broader contexts, and viewing people and team managers as primarily responsible for managing people-in-roles, their performance development, and associated decision-making.

  • Clear curiosity and a track record of learning, including openness to and appetite for feedback.

  • Ability to see and realize the big picture while attending to details, with professional communication skills.

  • Advantageous: Familiarity with (and experience of) "systems thinking" and/or approaches to complexity.
