Action Appointments has provided specialist recruitment services to a rich variety of development sector organisations over the past two and a half decades. We are deeply committed to the sector and believe that through our services we provide a key role in assisting our clients to fulfill their missions.
We work on full-time, short term and contract placements from administrative to executive level.

We take on the entire recruitment process for clients.
This includes advertising, response handling, headhunting, screening, short-listing, setting-up interviews and reference, qualification and security checking. We can also augment recruitment processes already underway, supplying additional candidates to an existing pool to ensure that an effective recruitment process takes place.
We are sensitive to the financial constraints facing many of our clients and our placement fees are lower than most recruitment agencies. We offer generous discounts for bulk placements and are always willing to negotiate in an attempt to accommodate organisations who need our services but cannot afford them.
